There are reasons why I said that. I am so sorry that I did not do well for the previous restaurant practical class as a manager. I did not organize the restaurant well that day. I am so sorry especially for the micros system, and because of that Eileen and LiFan had to pay for extra 60 bucks to balance the cashier report. Not only that, the micros system, the whole group 1 had been scolded my our lecturer--- Mr. Mayukh for the mistake that did by some unknown. I can still remember the receipt that Mr. Mayukh gave me that day, which is written there 48 set 4, 1 set 8, and 53 mocktails and costs us over 800 bucks. That really shocked me at that moment. The most important thing is he want me to find the people who did that. However at the end of the practical class, he did not want to blame anyone, he just want everyone to learn the micros system again. Actually he is not bad, if he didn't notice the mistake, we may need to pay for the amount for the mistake. We should be gratify that he noticed that and not to blame him. I know that what he taught us on that day may be different with what we had learned before, so just let it be, ok? It is because everyone has their own style of serving. About the bartenders, I am very pleased that they two didn't bring any problem to me. Haha. The mocktails is quite good as well except for the name---Dragon Ball. Honestly, I don't really like that name, but it really makes sense to me. They named it because of the ingredients--Longan and Lychee, which combines it, will get the name of Long Chee (龙珠). It sounds funny but the taste is fantastic. For the centerpiece, I was quite headache for it as well. At first, I plan to buy a crystal apple for each of the table. However, that shop don't have enough 14 of the crystal apple, so I was forced to get another of it. However that time most of the shop almost all closed already. I got no choice but to buy the crystal stone to put in the wine glass that the second manager bought for all of us. Sigh, such an unlucky experience for me. I said that because I need to walk back although it was raining.

There are lots and lots of things I haven't write it out yet. But anyway just to say sorry for all the group1 members, especially to those that had to cancel their guest at the last minutes. Mr Mayukh didn't tell me as well, and he himself almost forgot about the booking for the VIP.

I am sorry for being such an useless manager.
